Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 2)

Thanks.

So I guess as of today the Fox deal is officially official! Too late to get a post credits thing in Endgame, probably, huh?
I'm scared about the Deadpool franchise. It doesn't fit (continuity wise) into the MCU. Are they going to create non-marvel cinematic universe for those films or what?

Good question. They can have Steve Rogers follow DP around saying "language" and cut him off every time he's about to say something naughty and have the person DP kills always be offscreen. Haha there ya go!

I mean't Deadpool contradicts Thanos (we can let that slide), the future MCU X-Men cast and X-Men Origins: Wolverines existance (elements of that film must happen in the Deadpool movie universe/Revised timeline (?) because time travel doesn't allow you to access other universes, only create them. Weapon XI in my opinion is a different Wade Wilson, pahaps Wades abusive dad).

Ah, ok I see. Didn't really think about that. We knew that 99% of the X-Men/ Force whatever would be recast, but I didn't think about Deadpool. There really can't be a Deadpool without Ryan Reynolds. Has that ever been done, has there been a character played by the same actor in a reboot where the first version has no connection whatsoever to the next other than same actor?

If they do incorporate Deadpool into the MCU, I wouldnt think too hard about it. They already made continuity weird with the Captain Marvel Stan Lee cameo so I'd imagine DP's inclusion would be similar to that. Keep in mind that Deadpool contradicts itself A TON. In the time travel sequence when he goes back and saves his girlfriend then goes back to save X-Force members... he didnt need to do that seeing as the only reason they all died was following off of the fact that Wade's girlfriend died. Or the fact that he's in a post DoFP timeline (as made evident by the team at the X-Mansion), but somehow the climax of Origins: Wolverine didnt get erased despite happening later in the timeline?

Deadpool is bot only fourth wall breaking to the extreme, but also a very unreliable narrator. If they make that clear going forward then really it fits just as well as anything else so long as you take into account that what you see on screen is an embellished version of what actually happened.

I feel that cables time travel device is very, very stable, in the sense that changing one event won't change the entire universe.

Let's say...
Event A created Event B
Deadpool prevents Event A
Event B happens but slightly differently.

Hi guys, are these books canon in the MCU? Since we already added other vooks in the timeline...

The Cosmic Quest books are canon, as the authors confirmed they are. I think The Heroes' Journey books are too, but I'm not 100% sure if they were confirmed to be canon (although they do fill in the gaps between Civil War and Infinity War).

Nothing has been said about the others' canon status as far as I know, but I'm considering adding them to the timeline.

Also, will we include these videos?

- Peggy Carter 1951 interview: https://vt.tumblr.com/tumblr_o26jc5ICMt1r2j1bk_480.mp4

- Rappin' With Cap: https://marvelcinematicuniverse.fandom.com/wiki/Rappin'_With_Cap

They should be included after The Avengers (also the post-credits scene from Spider-Man: Homecoming with patience)

Peggys interview was in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It was in the Howling Commandos museum. The video right thete is the full interview.

I knew I saw it somewhere, thanks!
It's been a long time since I haven't seen it (one of the best movies in the MCU)!

https://comicbook.com/marvel/2019/03/25/cloak-and-dagger-season-2-faster-pace/

"It's gonna be about an eight month pick up, from the last season," Pokaski began.

https://comicbook.com/marvel/2019/0...eason-2-tyrone-family-problems-gloria-reuben/

Season 2 takes place about eight months after Tyrone made left home, and the loss of another son has not been good for Adina and and Otis.

Cloak & Dagger season 2 begins 8 months after season 1, so I'm tentatively placing it in November 2017.

Also, this supports both seasons taking place in 2017, since Loeb said the shows take place before Infinity War.

I think you should either remove Spider-Man: Homecoming: Watch the Game or add the extended version. I prefer the latter.

Yeah, I said this before, and even provided.a link to it, and links to fix every broken YouTube link:
I went ahead and found new links for the now broken links on the timeline that can be edited back into the first post. It was tough finding all of the WHiH segments in English with no foreign subtitles. (Even though a lot of the links I found have foreign titles/ descriptions, the actual content is all English). In my searching, I did find an edit of all of the WHiH segments and WIRED magazine interview in one video, in the same order as they appear on the timeline: and a fan edit someone did of the WHiH Scott Lang interview where they cut out about a minute. It's ok, but I have no problem with the official version. Scott Lang Interview (Much Tighter Fan Cut):

Here are the updated links to replace the now-broken ones, as well as some new material, ready to be edited back into the timeline:

I added YouTube links for the Slingshot episodes and an extended cut of the Spider-Man NBA Finals Spots which should replace the four individual ones. It's official (not fan made) and includes some additional dialouge and footage, like the word "indefinitely" after Tony says to Happy, "Now you have to look like me.", which also explains Happy's appearance in Far From Home. Besides this extended take on the NBA spots, I also added two more things that were missing from the timeline:

1. Rappin' with Captain America (more PSAs found on YouTube and the Blu Ray bonus features) Given his costume and other things, these have to have been filmed sometime around the time of the events of The Avengers. Much like the Cray Cray music video, I think this and the after credit PSA should go in the timeline where they were filmed in universe.

2. Midland Security Elevator B footage (fits in right after the 3rd episode of Defenders)
