Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (spoilers)

What do you mean? In season one it was shown that people under the Geass would continue to carry out their instructions until:

1) The task is complete.
2) They are dead.
3) The Geass is broken (like with Shirley).
4) Probably when Lelouch is dead.

Since Suzaku has the very vague "Live on" command, and has so far been unable to meet any of the criteria to dispel it.

Wasn't there some girl at the Academy who Lelouch had make a mark on the wall every day just to see how long a Geass would last?

I could have sworn Lelouch's dad explaining he had known each of lelouch's victims and had their geass reversed.

Hmm, don't remember that.

Yeah, and I assume she's still going unless Lelouch specified otherwise.

Well, that was awesome.

The preview for next episode makes me snicker. "The Ragnarok Connection." So, Lelouch will go toe to toe with Kermit the Frog?

I hate how this show always leaves me feeling depressed for some reason, and I thought there was only going to be two more episodes left but now I see there's 5 left. Damn it I want to see how this ends already!

Meh, I've been enjoying the hell out of R2 so I don't really care too much, though I am curious as to how things would have been done differently. Also, I didn't like the flashback idea for season 1, because for most of the season Suzaku is kind of on the fence and you're not really sure which way he's gonna go until episode twenty something. With the flashback you'd already know the ending and I think it would have less impact. Seems like the director just needs to sack up.

Oh and the newest episode was the bee's knees.

Well, that was the most awesome takeover scene ever. I can't wait to see Schniezel make his move.

My only complaint is Suzaku. I have no idea what's going on with him anymore. I understand that Lelouch had a month to win him over, and that he went a mite bit crazy over killing Nunnally, but I don't understand his thought process anymore.

All will be revealed. Probably.

Hopefully.

Man, this show moves way too fast for subtitles. I have trouble keeping up. I definitely think they should have spread it out more. Still good, I can't wait to see Suzaku's reasoning as well as everyone's thoughts on Lelouch being emperor.

And I skimmed the article but season 2 did begin very oddly and probably wasn't the best way to go, but it worked out okay.

Wow.

While I admit I saw Nunnaly's ressurection coming, how she did so surprised me.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm busy looking for a new anime to replace the void that Code Geass will leave after it ends next week. I think I'll be disappointed no matter what.

Anyway, when Lelouch caught Schneizel at the end of this episode I almost creamed my jeans.

I always try to avoid getting into more animes, I remmber seeing Code Geass the first time and thought it was stupid and that I wouldn't get rope into another show, now look at me

Same here, god damn it I love it every time Lelouch absolutely pwned people

I just finished watching the final episode for the second time.

Perfect.

Beautiful.

I miss this show already.

Same here. This show is definitely one of my favorite animes, and I'm sad to see it end.

Surprisingly, my favorite scenes in this episode came from Nunnally. I usually find her kind of boring, but she really delivered on the emotion this time. I wonder what happened to Scheizel though, I don't remeber seeing him in the ending montage.

She was great in this episode and finally seemed worthy of the sacrifices Lelouch has made for her.

Behind "Zero" at the diplomatic meeting between Nunnally and Ohgi.

Yeah.

This was great.

(Maybe I'm crazy, but now I'm imagining Lelouch making fun of Ozymandias because he actually suceeded at the whole "unite the world under one common enemy" thing without leaving something that could blow the whole thing up.)

I just got a crazy idea, remember the last shot of CC in the wagon. They didn't show the face of the man driving it, I thought that was odd and immediately thinking it was Lelouch, but I wrote it off as just wanting him to be alive. But then I remembered VV, how he gave the emperor his code. What if by successfully killing the emperor Lelouch gained his code and since he only entered the contract with CC he didn't lose his geass. So after his death he revived and decide to go into hiding with CC.

Just an interesting thought.
