Yeah they are obviously separate entities in the MCU. I just found it amusing how there are technically two adaptations of Vision running around in the same universe.

Explain to me how this made Fisk being acquitted from prison since he caused the corruption of FBI and Agent Nadeem dying declaration video proved this, also it have FBI head agent Hattley testify which collaborated with Nadeem video, all this from Season 3 of Netflix show of Daredevil, so how Fisk and Vanessa get free from prison?

You guys have a theory/headcanon about this?

Also Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye get in custody by NYPD, then get a surgery to put Coagium metal in his spine, he had a trial and he was convicted to sent to have his custody in a mental institution, then years later, Vanessa release Dex to kill Foggy with a appeal. Then he is arrest, was convicted a life, then escape prison.

uhh, something something thanos snap… yea in all seriousness the transition from netflix to born again was really my biggest issue with season 1 of ba, why would dex go from hellbent on murdering fisk and vanessa as revenge for julie to… doing a job for vanessa 9 years later?

Maybe Fisk made a deal to help New York because of Blip with his money, that why he have a "good image" and this is one of the reasons he won the election for mayor. So he tecnically didn't get get "acquitted" because of FBI corruption scandal like Vanessa said, it's because of the deal he made to help New York, to supporting people who get affected with Blip, it was a fragile period of world. I don't know If makes sense.

About Dex he accepted Vanessa's job, because he wanted to get out of mental institution, he say he wanted "his mind back", even coming from Vanessa, the wife of the man who kill the woman he liked, Julie, and the man who manipulated him.

Agent Nadeem video doesn't prove anything. He just speak about it, thats not an evidence. Other considerations:

1) Most of the corruption perpetrated by Fisk was mediated by Hattley, so it's easy to wash one's hands and blame her (maybe Fisk is a victim).

2) I've always thought it would be easier for the government to shut it down by accusing a bad apple rather than publicly admit that the FBI is corruptible.

3) Finally, this season we discover that Fisk has ties to the CIA and, in fact, they're collaborating. It's possible that they were the ones who cleared him in the first place.

I wrote a long message that I accidentally deleted. So I'll make it quick.

1) Many people were minors during OG 1-3 and don't know who Fisk is or did, so they voted for him.

2) Many know what Fisk did and think it's what the city needs, so they voted for him.

3) Many started to believe Fisk after his yappaing in season 3 and after the massacre at the bulletin, so they voted for him.

4) Again, maybe the CIA had a hand in it.

Let me see if I understand, basically Fisk's lawyer (probably still Ben Donovan) used arguments such as, since there was no physical evidence against Fisk, only the video recorded by Agent Nadeem, who was killed by Bullseye, and the FBI agents and Hattley testifying against Fisk and in favor of Nadeem's video. Fisk's defense alleges that most of the corruption perpetrated was mediated by Hattley, placing the blame on her, making Fisk appear to have been used (which isn't the case, but there was no evidence beyond testimonies), that Nadeem's video was ordered by Hattley to blame Fisk. Fisk's defense said that Hattley and corrupted FBI agents made Poindexter, who was a FBI agent, to use Daredevil costume to incriminate Daredevil, which of course not true, Fisk did. So the case becoming so compromised that: acquittal (or dropped charges) becomes inevitable, in the process acquitting Fisk and Vanessa, and maintain arrested Hattley and the FBI agents, also Bullseye, because he have mental problems, so he stayed in mental institution instead. That's why Vanessa tells Poindexter, in Born Again S1 flashback, that it was because of the FBI scandal that Fisk was acquitted. So when Vanessa says: "The whole FBI corruption scandal… it's why my husband was acquitted". She doesn't mean: "It proved he was innocent" She means: "It made the case impossible to prosecute cleanly".

About CIA, like you said about CIA help him to get acquitted, maybe Val was already CIA Director that time when he was acquitted, so that's when Val meet Fisk, that's why in Hawkeye, Kate Bishop's mother called Val, asking help to kill Hawkeye, Kate's mother got Val's contact through Fisk. We know by 2021, Fisk was already free, because of Echo show. We didn't know when Val became CIA Director, we know that by May 2025 she was already the director.

She is honestly the big bad of Phases 4-6.
