Amazon now has a list of comics that will be included in the Marvel's Doctor Strange Prelude TPB. As far as the MCU comics go, it's the expected Doctor Strange Prelude #1-2 and Doctor Strange Prelude Infinite Comic.

Captain America: Civil War Prelude Infinite Comic is now available at Comixology for $1.99.
