Oh, wow, damn. It's a real shame he's not going to do X-Men 3 after Singer skipped off to do Superman. Still, I guess Astonishing'll be my fix of Whedon-X-Men.
Good point.
I'm gonna miss seeing the X-Men in actual costumes this arc, it seems if the fight's just gonna be in civvie clothes. Which is bad as I do like the costumes and don't want the only showing of them to be that FF-Monster fight in New York. Still, if Wheadon and Cassidy are staying...
Aha, thankies everyone.
I only ever bought E is for Extinction of the Morrison run and, ironically enough, the one where the Danger Room attacks Beast and, indeed, Cyclops.
Is it just me or was the last arc better? I'm really not liking the Danger-Room-turns-into-a-robot thing.
But I'm guessing it's Cassandra Nova who's behind all that, although I don't like the idea of this tying into one of Morrison's arcs. I didn't actually find out what happened to Cassandra...
Probably the first arc of the Ultimates. Either that or 'Legacy' in Ultimate Spider-Man with the return of the goblin, mostly for the Nick Fury parts. I just really dig him. :P
I voted for Reed. :D Much more interesting than, like, Sue. In my opinion at least... She's too bland, but I've only read up to the end of Vol. 2 so I'm probably missing loads of stuff from the next volume.
