I was originally goning to give it the same score, but I enjoyed this single issue much more than the other that I may have been a little overexuberant. Having reread this a couple of days later I would probably downgrade the story score to 3.5 I thought that scene made the story more tragic.

This was a very good issue. It was actioned packed and a bit suspenseful, and I felt that Bendis gave Maria Hill some sorely missing depth. I wish the other Civil War titles weren't so one dimensional with their portrayal of Maria and Iron Man.
