In Supergirl 2x11, Kara mentions of her Earth birthday, which was in December 15. And Supergirl 2x09 was roughly a week after Invasion! So 2x09-2x11 should probably be in between Invasion! and The Flash 3x09 in the timeline.

I really doubt that it's in 2026 or something. I can see it as a slightly different parallel Earth or a divergent Earth (if it's not entirely separate in the first place), but not as post-Flashpoint DCEU. If it's canon, then various characters that weren't shown in DCEU, such as Green Lantern...
