I just had a thought that if Venom: The Last Dance is a Multiverse-related film (probably through Symbiotes' hive mind) they could find a way that Vulture appears and it's pulled back to the MCU, but honestly that would work better in a film focussed on the conclusion...

Honestly, while I agree that Sony doesn't know what to do with Spider-Man's rights, I am someone that really liked Madame Web. I don't have much expectatives for Kraven and think it will be fine, but if Sony fails with this Venom film which appears to be the last one, I will be greatly dissapointed.

The reason they were not included in the MCU timeline book it's probably because the shows are not made by Marvel Studios. The spot was able to use Daredevil footage probably because it's Disney+'s property now.
