Without getting too graphic, the man in Despair's dimension is sitting there blankly at one of her mirrors. Despair is called to join to Destiny's meeting. Despair tangentally explains the man sitting behind her is a Nebraska man who (Trigger Warning) was said to have had vile videos of him and other men with kids as young as 5, including his own niece. His wife found his laptop with it, the cops chased after him and its implied he took his own life. He somehow ended up in Despair's realm as a misplaced soul….which Despair, noting about his despair and not the hideous subject matter, says "Isn't it beautiful?"
That's too dark and didn't add anything to the episode.
