Technically, the Human Target 2010 tv series is linked due to a tie-in comic depicting Christopher Reeve's Superman on an in-universe Daily Planet newspaper. Also, Batman (1989-1992) is connected to it in the comics, specifically the alternate Batman Returns sequel comic Batman '89 (Earth-89 is supposed to be the Schumacher sequels due to Crisis Aftermath's "Bat-Nipples are canon" remark). There's also cameos from the Goonies, Shaggy (from Scooby-Doo) and characters from a 1970s police TV series in the Superman '78 comic too.
However, mainly, you only really need to bother with the Superman films specifically.

Not sure if anyone's attempted it here yet, but I've just found this online and I'm wondering how accurate it is? (It's incomplete, though there do seem to be some errors in it eg Futurama episodes mingled in with the present - though those specific episodes may just align like that)
