If you mean the live-action series where Wesker was a black man with two daughters and "Zootopia rule34" is canon to the series, then no. It's absolutely not in the same universe as the games at all.

Just finished the series earlier. Surprised it was that good, despite my low expectations. But HOLY FUCKING SHITBALLS!!!

I mean, most of their shows since they started making them for Disney+ have been hit or miss. For every Loki, there was She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. For an Agatha All Along, there was Secret Invasion. That, and they prioritised Quantity over Quality, hence why stuff like the CGI sucked ass.

For stuff like Kamen Rider, sure.
