Once again, none of this provides any concrete evidence for year placements. Two background assets may not necessarily reflect the developers' intentions. We should keep the current dates and wait until the Silent Hill remake, which I'm fairly confident will give us some answers.

I would probably just ignore this, it's a minor background asset that would probably just scanned from a real world texture. Maybe wait and see what answers the remake gives, otherwise I'd just keep the date established in Homecoming.

I noticed that P.T. is excluded here. If I recall correctly, the in-game radio mentions events from "75 years ago" in 1938, which would set it in 2013/2014. 2014 is probably likely since that's when the game came out. Maybe you don't want to include it because it was unlisted, though.
