Ok so I have both Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2 labelled as "Earth-1 (Post-Flashpoint)" since they are still Earth-1, but a new timeline. So the DCU is a third timeline or a different Earth altogether?

Well he also says Blue Beetle is "totally dis-connected", which just isn't true.

I took that to mean that Aquaman 2 and Blue Beetle are both post-Flashpoint. But then the new DCEU is a hard reboot that will ignore the DCEU....

Personally I only see a real connection between Jaws and Jurassic. I'm not really seeing anything that connects Indiana Jones or any other Spielburg films.

The main point of contention is definitely GL being written as a first contact scenario. I personally think it can be hand-waved away as I explained, but I get it's not great evidence.

Here is a proposed head-canon Earth-12 DC Universe I came up with. I consider the films made from 2005 - 2012 the Pre-DCEU and I don't see any reasons why they can't fit together. It's likely DC/WB intended their films to be connected at the time. Here's the order of the films in my timeline...
