You could make the argument that, because actor Annabelle draws so many parallels to actor Chucky, it could be set in a world where horror props are just… alive. Bit of a shot in the dark, but I like to imagine there’s a world out there where Chucky could have a boxing match with Annabelle

I just saw Vice Versa, it's actually so god damn funny! There are no contradictions if you wanna add it... whether it's canon or not, I don't know, but it's really good, there's a solid connection, and it fits. I don't think there's a year or anything. Probably December 1988. There might have been dates on newspapers though.
