Timeline Reasoning:
On "The Brave of Sun Fighbird Encyclopedia" published by Keibunsha on 1991, it is stated that Fighbird joined the Universe Security Force because he admired Exkaiser
On Brave of Sun Fighbird 01x18 "Mystery of the Disappearing Town" we see a character on pajmas extremely similar to Osamu Tokuda from Brave Exkaiser, however, he is never named and has a different voice actor (which is not credited)
