Placement reasonings
First, many of the flashback dates are assumed based on character age/appearance in modern day and flashback portions, so are mere estimates, as very few firm time spans are given in the series so far.
Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is technically the origins of the rebooted timeline as a result of Flashpoint. A calendar on the wall in the Flashpoint timeline indicates its November, while at the end when Barry returns to the corrected timeline the calendar reads October, indicating he likely returned a month earlier than he left although that doesn't matter since they're two separate timelines. Since much of Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox occurs in different timelines outside of the new timeline its events creates, those alternate timelines are noted in brackets.
Justice League - War occurs in November since a calender was on that month and High School State Finals occur.
Son of Batman picks up less than a week later. A chart shows up until the beginning of 2013, placing Justice League: War, this film and Justice League: Throne of Atlantis all in 2012.
Justice League: Throne of Atlantis occurs a little over a week after the events of Justice League: War, due to the writer confirming this. Orm's plan comes to fruition after he vowed revenge in Justice League: War's post credit scene. The Justice League are still a new team in the film.
Nightwing and Robin occurs during the early portion of Justice League: Throne of Atlantis.
Batman vs Robin picks up awhile after Son of Batman, as Batman mentions "all these months" in regard to how long Damian has been with him, indicating a year hasn't passed yet but it's been some time. The snow suggests this film is close to winter. Samantha has been with Bruce for 3 months, and it's likely this began the same time the Court of Owls began their observations of Damian. This means the earliest it can be is March 2014.
Batman: Bad Blood picks up sometime after Batman vs Robin, and Damian is 11 years old.
Justice League vs Teen Titans picks up some time after Batman: Bad Blood, and a year before Teen Titans: The Judas Contract, as Terra had been with the Titans for a year in that film and she was shown heading toward Titans Tower in the post credit scene, indicating a year passed between these films.
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay must occur before Justice League Dark due to its sequel spin off comic, which picks up very soon after the film.
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay's sequel comic series features an appearance by Jason Blood, who Waller goes to for answers about the Get Out of Hell Free card. Since Jason Blood is separated from Etrigan and dies at end of Justice League Dark, Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay and it's sequel comic must occur before the events of Justice League Dark.
Justice League Dark occurs an indeterminate amount of time after Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay. The League has expanded and continues to expand its roster, indicating it's at least a couple years since the League formed in Justice League: War. It is stated Constantine: City of Demons: The Movie is a few years after the events of this film, placing it in 2015 at the earliest.
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract picks up a year after Justice League vs Teen Titans. A newspaper on a computer states the "treasury bond heavy quarter of 2016", meaning at the absolute earliest it's a quarter through 2016.
In The Death of Superman, the League has a board meeting discussing their end of fiscal year, which is typically the last day of either March, June, September or December. Batman mentions that Damian is currently in boarding school, which narrows down the month to be either March or September, as school would be out in both late June and December. It makes more sense for it to be September since the league formed in November.
The Death of Superman - Part 1 comic takes place during and after The Death of Superman. The Wake issues have flashbacks. Picking up the Pieces probably takes place before Justice League: War, since the Parrademon attack is short, leading Wonder Woman to believe it's to see if they can fight back. Although it seems like they know each other and their meeting in Justice League: War contradicts this, the encounter is short and it's presumed its the moment that Wonder Woman figured out that Superman is in love with Lois lane. Flashback is put in 2017 because Superman and the Flash are good friends. Clyde takes place after Justice League: Throne of Atlantis because Orm is out of prison. The after credits scene of that film shows Lex Luthor offering him a proposition. What this means exactly is unknown. Show Me! takes place in 2017 because Batman and Superman are good friends since Superman trusts Batman with Kryptonite.
Reign of the Supermen picks up six months after The Death of Superman, and is dated as 2018 based on multiple newspapers.
Constantine: City of Demons: The Movie dates itself as occurring in late October/early November 2018 based on a newspaper date.
Teen Titans Go! vs Teen Titans features the Titans of this universe. Dick Grayson is wearing his Teen Titans The Judas Contract uniform, whereas in Batman: Hush, he is wearing a new suit, suggesting that his multiverse adventure is set before the events of that film, at least from the DC Animated Movie Universe perspective.
Batman: Hush picks up an undetermined time after Reign of the Supermen. A newspaper dates it in November 2016, though this has been confirmed a mistake. The month is counted as correct.
