Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (Spoilers for the Metal Gear Saga)

Just finished the Playstation Showcase and they announced Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake. Aside from advising you, that Delta iin the title, brings me some doubts. Kojima always liked to play with the titles of his games, and give us hint so I have 3 theoris for the change of the title:

1. Resident Evil Logic= It's a Remake with the title changed (Resident Evil 3 Remake misses the Nemesis in the title, the original game is called RE 3: Nemesis)
2. It's a Reboot, using the same storylines but adapted to a new Playing Order (what I mean is, instead of starting from MGS1 (or MGMSX) in this reboot you start with Snake Eater.
3. It's the actual canon depiction of the Operation Snake Eater [and Virtuos Mission for extend], since in MGS4 there is a codec call where Otacon says that a lot of movies where produced about Big Boss' past, treating him like a hero. The remake instead are the actually historical depiction of the Events.

Keep in mind Kojima isnt involved in this project, that being said they maight try to recreate the "Kojima trick" but we will have to see
