here in the uk we have place called "Gamestation" the one near me refues to take used games if they are scatched or if the instructions are missing. The price things is the same but only in rare cases
most of time it works like this
new game £40 same game preowned £30
but if it is a highly popular game e.g final fantasy , gta ect.. then its £40 new £35 used
