Jerimiah is officially recognized as the Joker by WB. It was obvious in the show, he literally listed names beginning with j, but now it can be called official.

Gotham S5 Ace Chemicals puts the Wayne murder on June 27th.

That seems oddly soon considering what was said during DC Fandome...

Nope. The newspaper reported the murders on the 27th.
Newspapers could have talked about it for weeks.

Putting it on that date would conflict with Bruce's calendar line in "Pinewood".

Bruno Heller basically says "I can't tell you for sure" about Pennyworth's connection to Gotham.
NDAs?

Now that Lucius has been cast:

I guess approximately 25 (Pennyworth), 45-50 (Gotham), 60 (Gotham Finale)?

Ehhhh, 19 or 20 at least in Pennyworth. (Dude still looks fairly young even in the quick glimpse in the trailer.)
Late 30s/early 40s (Gotham), early 50s (Gotham Finale)

No way he's the same age as Alfred.

Watchmen: Rorschach takes the HBO show into it's canon. A reference is made to Rorschach masks relating to Oklahoma.

I guess Doomsday Clock is in the Comic Multiverse while this is in the Live-Action Multiverse.

Interesting. I'll keep that in mind.

This is a weird thing to bring up, but I'm wondering what if the Watchmen movie was pre-Crisis "Earth-Watchmen" (in the live-action multiverse), and the HBO series and Rorschach is in a post-Crisis timeline of that Earth with the actual Squid instead of a Doctor Manhattan powered bomb?

Movie Timeline and Show Timeline?

That's a fair head-canon. It's pretty reasonable, too.

Pre-Crisis Earth-87
Watchmen: Ultimate Cut

Post-Crisis Earth-87
Before Watchmen
Watchmen
Watchmen (TV Show)
Watchmen: Rorschach

Earth-??
Before Watchmen
Watchmen
Doomsday Clock

Note: Not canon breaking, but Dr. Manhattan's father is named Josef Osterman in Before Watchmen and Hans Osterman in Watchmen (HBO). It's probably a nickname, middlename or perhaps he changed his name.

Josef "Hans" Osterman.
