Streaming - User ones + info (post Yours)

Hello

We have Gamer-tags for people to post their PSN , XB and Nintendo I.Ds but the times are changing and PS4 has built in streaming via twitch and Ustream , Xbox One can stream too and pc games so I thought how about a thread (hopefully sticky'd) where people can post their stream info and update in advanced when your planning to stream.
