The part about Batman catching Falcone at the docks occurs on the night of Monday, July 20, then on Tuesday the Gotham Post would publish the news the next day as is usual for this type of news.
From minute 59:45 to 1:05:52 it is the night of Monday, July 20, 2005.
You also forgot that at minute 1:19:56 of Batman Begins Alfred tells Bruce that he has been sleeping for 2 days, later Rachel says that they haven't seen her friend the prosecutor in two days, that same night they killed her friend and Bruce was gassed by scarecrow.

The novelizations follow a different timeline, in this one Batman Begins takes place in the fall of some year, the scene with the Joker card occurs on December 1st.
The Dark Knight begins in the spring of the following year and according to the novelization of the dark knight rises, Harvey Dent's day was in early autumn, this tells us that the dark knight begins in the spring of the following year of batman begins and ended in early autumn.
the dark knight rises begins in autumn 8 years after the end of the dark knight and ends at the beginning of the following year.
If I had to make a choice of years it could be this:
Fall 2007 Batman Begins
Spring-Autumn 2008 the dark knight
Fall 2016-early 2017 the dark knight rises.
Gotham knight would be located before the dark knight probably in January and February
