History:
When Baxter first received his growth powers, he decided to use them to fight crime. This did not go as planned as Baxter's size often led more to destruction then help. Frustrated over his constant failures, Baxter decided to ease his troubles with alcohol. While in his drunken state, Baxter let out his anger by going on a rampage and was only subdued after the Avatars poisoned his beer and sent him to Ultimate Central Prison.

After being in imprisoned for months, Baxter finally escaped along with the other inmates being led Goodwill. These inmates decided to form a team under the leadership of Goodwill and called themselves "The Cabinet".

The Cabinet fled to an abandoned warehouse where they set up their headquarters and started planning their revenge on both The Avatars and The E-Men. The Cabinet was soon joined by the mysterious Thee Great One, but was soon after attacked in their headquarters by the monstrous JTG3885.

The Cabinet thought that JTG3885 wasn't too big a threat and decided to let Baxter deal with him solo. Baxter was quickly defeated by the monster, as were the rest of the Cabinet when Baxter fell on top of them.

Where Baxter and the rest of the Cabinet then formed a new base in a shack in Washington DC. Soon after they got there new base, they went to the Phillipines on a recruitment drive. In the Phillipines they overthrew a corrupt dictator and recieved too new members. The master of magnetism Ourchair and the crap Compound, who Baxter renamed Pokey and kept as his pet.

The Cabinets new base did not last long however, as they were soon paid a visit by there dead former ally, Thee Great One, who exploded and took out there shack as they escaped. It is unknown where they are currently hiding.

History:
When MWOF first received his powers, he could not control his optic blasts and had to keep his eyes closed at all times. Thankfully, his other 4 senses were enhanced to superhuman levels to more then make up for his lack of sight.

His powers came to him while he was picking up his comics in a public mall. After his optic blasts caused major destruction to the mall, the police came after him. While chasing him, Caduceus was watching it on TV and decided that MWOF would make a great slave to him and went out to get him.

MWOF finally managed to ditch the cops and hid in a warehouse where he was approached by The Avatars wanting to bring him in for all the destruction and attacking the cops. While MWOF was fighting the Avatars, they were all attacked by Caduceus, who managed to get the Avatars under his control, but failed to hypnotize MWOF due to his closed eyes.

MWOF proved himself when he single handedly defeated Caduceus in Ultimate Central and saved The Avatars from his control. He would then join the team and become a valuable member, and as a token of thanks, Ultimate E designed a pair of ruby quartz contact lenses for him. These let him mentally control his optic beams until his eyes naturally adjusted to control his powers.

After MWOF joined the team, they faced numerous foes in Rene, Ultxon, Ultimate Quicksilver, UltimateDJF and the squirrel master, Shihad. Soon, The Avatars gained another member in LongshotJimLee, who became good friends with MWOF.

Tragedy struck however, when LongshotJimLee was severley injured in the battle with Seldes Katne. MWOF kept close watch over his friend, but when he came back after battling the werewolf, Moonmaster, he was informed by Ultimate E that Longshot did not make it. Devastated by the death of his friend, MWOF decided to leave the Avatars the next morning.

In his last night in Ultimate Central, he woke up to find Ultimate E about to attack him. He dodged E's attack and escaped Ultimate Central, not knowing what was going on, but he did know that E had his own evil agenda.

Looking for an ally to help him against Ultimate E, he sought out the powerful Captain. While searching for him, he was attacked and badly beaten by the E-Men, until he was saved by the very man he was trying to find, The Captain. After disposing of the E-Men, the Captain agreed to join MWOF.

The next time these 2 showed up was to help Nurhachi, who was being persued by Icemastertron and ProjectX2. During the fight, they were all interrupted by Rene, Ultxon and Eroz who informed them all of Ultimate E's true plans of world domination. Enraged by learning that Ultimate E had been the one who was responsible for Longshots death, MWOF joined the battle with revenge on his mind.

Upon arriving in Ultimate Central, the 8 of them were attacked by the E-Men. During the battle, MWOF killed Patriot by kicking him into Ultimate Gambit (whose power is to explode things on touch). After Nurhachi defeated Ultimate Gambit and Icemastertron beat Caduceus, they moved on to Ultimate E, who killed The Captain, and was then defeated when Eroz gained the powers of Thor and threw himself and E into another dimension.

After this battle, Rene gained control of Ultimate Central and the rest of them, including MWOF, reformed The Avatars.

The Avatars next defeated Irish_4204 in a battle which separated half of Nurhachi's mutated blood, which went into JTG3885. When The Avatars found and fought JTG, they failed to defeat him. JTG absorbed Nurhachi's blood and then leapt away. The Avatars then approached JTG again, and managed to defeat him.

There victory was short lived, however, as dead UC members started showing up and attacking them. After the dead superhumans took over Ultimate Central, MWOF was assigned the task of defeating a resurrected JTG while the others went for help.
