Let's keep it restrained to DC and Marvel. If we're talking about underrated indie comics I could talk all day. But what books at Marvel and DC are really great but don't seem to get the attention they deserve?

I nominate Batwoman and Avengers Arena. Batwoman is possibly the best book DC is putting out. AA is certainly not the best book Marvel is putting out, but it's definitely solid and deserves more credit than it seems to get. I'll gush about them later.

Batman & Robin. Right now it's better than Batman and has been for a while.

I'm not brave enough to read underrated stuff. I finally just got away from reading overrated stuff. I'm happy with the rated stuff I am currently reading.

Which is ending in August or September. But most likely will be relaunching in Marvel NOW! wave 2.

I know. It's so disappointing. At least I have 9 years of great storytelling to fall back on. Peter David himself is so underrated. I've really liked just about all of his stuff that I have read, but he doesn't get the talk because he does his best work with characters that aren't as popular or mainstream.

Iron Man.

Iron Man in space is stupid. Greg "Pornstar Tracer" Land is on art. Tony Stark is kind of an *******. But it works. It all works. And its so much fun!

It's decent. It seems to get a lot of hate but it's not bad at all.

You know what book I don't get the hate for? Wonder Woman. There are people that think its unreadable.

Wonder Woman is a weird book for me. I don't think it's unreadable, but it is hard to follow. To me, "unreadable" means it's so bad that you can't even try reading it. I actually like it, but for me it's too hard to read monthly. I stopped reading it monthly with the intent of reading it all at once, or at least in large chunks.

I was surprised when I first started it because I had never read a Wonder Woman book before and thought it was a lot better than I thought it probably would be.
