Avengers What happened with the Steve Rogers clone?

I was rereading the Civil War book, believe issue #4, and you could see a clone of Steve Rogers in a tank.... anyone remember this?

I have thought about this too.

wasn't that just a blonde guy who was never definitively identified?
Yeah you're right about that but the probability that it's a Steve clone is over represented in the calculations. It could also have something to do with the Initiative (created super heroes and such).

i'm guessing it has something to so with Initative as well.

I never caught this, but in light of the current theories that Cap will indeed be brought back at the end of Bru's run, this is interesting.

Marvel finally figured out that clones are stupid and oh, wait, no. Nevermind.
