Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2

Probably. The last one was.

That sucks. I hate pc gaming and I don't have a 360 and there are a load of games workshop games I want like Blood Bowl. As I love the figures of games workshop and use to collect them.

This is an RTS, and you don't often get console RTS games.

What's with the hate of PC gaming?

Dawn of War was a very good game, except for the last expansion because it introduced some really crap races.. Dark Eldar and Sisters of Battle AKA The Nuns With Guns. The one race that was always missing though was the Tyranids, which by the look of the end of the trailer could be coming to an end hopefully.

Ther are so many Games Workshop properties that could make great games, like Necromunda, the gang warfare game. I am looking forward to the MMORPG Age of Reckoning though.

Well you can always be sure it will play the game by checking the requirements before you buy..

And a decent gaming PC doesn't cost that much.

But there is so much on the back of the box that I don't know or understand. It might as well be written in egyptian hieroglyphics  all I understand is the words "Windows Xp"

The price isn't the problem I could go out and buy a great pc right now. But as I've said before on here I can never bring myself to spend a lot on myself without me thinking "you selfish bastard" But it's all cool I stick to console gaming

To be honest for game all you need to know is how much RAM you got, what graphics card you got and maybe what processor you got. Just a case of looking around in Control Panel. But I know it can be hard for people who don't understand computers in the slightest.

 I understand them but I never see my graphics card listed or even memorise all my settings before i go to the shop as chances are i'm in town buying a dvd or a console game and I see pc game that I want.

You know what I mean? but I know this graphics card should be good as I had it installed ironically for games (I had Star wars galaxies and needed it to run) but with in a year or two it's obsolete which is another thing I hate about pc gaming.

I see where you are coming from, people who tend to play PC games would be more inclined to know their settings off the top of their head

Not really. Fair enough if you are equipped with a 5-6 year old graphics card, or a PC with 256MB RAM, you are pretty much relegated to playing older games (which still rock at times, Starcraft or Diablo 2 for example), but 'within 1-2 years' most systems will still be capable of handing most games unless there has been a major overhaul in tech recently and even then compromises are make by a lot of games manufacturers to allow lower end systems to run them.
My graphics card is over a year old now and is still capable of running the latest games, and was not top of the range when I got it.

But anyway... back on topic before someone shouts at us...
