Comic Solicitations for January, 2010.

No. It is too early for this.

I only just recently have been able to remember to write 2009 instead of 2008.

I'm curious. Why?

The solicitation doesn't tell you anything.

Well, now that Bendis has said that he will be introducing some of the Spider-Man '67 cartoon characters, this could be it (I'd kind of like to see how that pans out). But then a scary thought has entered my brain (hoping it might not be that bad). And the thought that Geldoff may be the new Ultimate Villain.

Only two Ultimate comics?

Jock's Detective Comics arc is going to be awesome.

I love how the Ultimate Enemy preview doesn't tell you anything about the book. "It's Bendis! BUY BUY BUY!"

Translation: "Every issue of this book will be late."

yeeeeeeeeeeeeees. He's the perfect replacement for JH Williams. All the other Batman books look pretty meh though. Damian is getting kidnapped! Again!

And no B&R.... for two months in a row. I don't know if I can take it.

Heh. Well, the one positive thing I feel confident in saying about Bendis is, he's great about hitting his deadlines.

I'm calling the "ultimate evil" being Reed, he's the only FFer not on the cover

I think we have a winner. How controversial and edgy and ULTIMATE!

OMG! It's the kind of thing that COULD NEVER HAPPEN in the main universe!!!!!

GREEN LANTERN CORPS #44
BLACKEST NIGHT: THE FLASH #2
BLACKEST NIGHT: JSA #2
BLACKEST NIGHT: WONDER WOMAN #2
THE ATOM & HAWKMAN #46
STARMAN #81 - Man, I really miss having a full run of Starman in singles... Sigh...
WEIRD WESTERN TALES #71
SUICIDE SQUAD #67 - This, however, I still have my run of.
SECRET SIX #17 - And is a continuance of Suicide Squad. Maybe I'll use this as a jumping on point.
ADVENTURE COMICS #6 - Ugh. Aparantly they're not sure when Levitz will be getting on and this will be tied in with the rest of the Superman books for the fill in issues. I tradewait the other Superman books, and even then I'm picking and choosing what I pick up. For example I have no desire to get the Nightwing and Flamebird HC solicited later, but I wan Robinson's Mon-El V1
R.E.B.E.L.S. #12
SWEET TOOTH #5

SUPERMAN: NEW KRYPTON VOL. 3 HC
FABLES VOL. 13: THE GREAT FABLES CROSSOVER TP - I'm behind in my Fables reading. I have two Jack trades and a Fables trade to read. I really want to start at the beginning but haven't had he time.
THE LOSERS VOL. 1 AND 2 TP

And I'm not going to buy it, but how awesome is the Sinestro Corp Neon Sign?
