I think it's a fact that Aquaman 2 is set AFTER The Flash in November of 2022.

Aquaman 2 (after the 5 month time jump) occurs in June 2022.

There's a scene towards the end of the film where you see the Korean alphabet for June in the bottom-left of a brief newscast.

I think the film beginning in late December 2022 and the main events happening in June 2023 works better. That way, the opening is still "four years" after June 2018 and the main events are roughly five months later while also being after Blue Beetle, which is also in June 2023. The entire DCEU has been in release order up to this point (aside from the Wonder Woman films which goes without saying) so I feel it would be odd for this to be the outlier.

I thought maybe that as well. Because there has to be at least a month time jump for that UN / Atlantis scene at the end (same time as when the Korean "June" text was visible.)

The prequel comic's 1st story is 8 months prior to December (April 2022) due to Mera knowing about her pregnancy and informing Arthur.

Having spoken with A Bit of Everything, it seems the date at the end could potentially be June 7th. With this in mind, I believe the events of Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2 may unfold something like this:

• December 2022: Aquaman 2 beginning
• Early May 2023 (possibly the weekend of May 5-7): Jaime graduates college
• Mid-late May 2023: Main events of Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2
• June 7, 2023: Aquaman 2 end

Colleges hold graduation no earlier than early May from what I've seen, and there seems to be at least some distance between graduation and the events of Blue Beetle. There also seems to be some distance between the main events and ending of Aquaman 2 on June 7th. Thus, the events of both movies can rest around mid-late May.

Are you sure? I think Aquaman ends in Nov of 2022 doesn't it? June 2018 + 4 years = June 2022 + 5 months = November, 2022. See what you think of this.

Four years doesn't have to mean exactly four years. June 2018 -> December 2022 still works out as 4.5 years and four calendar years.

I dunno where you got the "7" from. That is 기 between "6" and the Korean word for "month" in that newcast moment.

There's really no benefit to that over December 2022 -> May-June 2023 in my opinion. December 2022 is also four years after 2018.

A Bit of Everything said that the date looked like June 7th but this explanation makes sense. In that case, the ending could really be anytime in June, which is helpful in that it allows more time to elapse between the main events and the ending.
Maybe something like this, then?

• December 2022: Aquaman 2 beginning

• Late May-Early June 2023: Main events of Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2

I don't know because they haven't outright confirmed what the ending of The Flash entails going forward.

By "they" I mean DC and James Gunn. They have final say on that matter. Not Hollywood Reporter, Variety or Deadline.

i think we're safe with what we have here, gunn has mentioned that blue beetle and aquaman happen after the "reset" seen in flash but clearly he also considers them to be pre-dcu so my guess is that starting with superman legacy it will be an entirely new earth

Yes. Barry assumed when he was in 2022 after he saved his mom's life in 2004 (a year given in the film) saying 18 years had passed since then. (Before learning he was actually in 2013.)
