Seems to me that the rules are a little arbitrary and with a bias for live action media, but OK, if these are the rules, doesn't matter, as long as everyone is free to make a separate timeline with non-live action properties.

Woa, wait there. Of the Judge Dread and Top Cow I have no idea and if the comics imply they are set in the main universe, then I understand that you don't add them.
But don't tell me that you'll have to include Marvel 616 and Star Trek because of crossovers because that is not true. They are multiversal crossovers, not crossovers were the characters are supposed to inhabit the same universe from the begining.
And I am not so sure if that Tarzan is the main version, since the original version already got a story set in the Earth's core, though maybe it is a sequel and not an adaptation.

I haven't read the Tomb Raider comics to be honest. I thought that they implied that they were canon, it is just that people don't include them in timelines so they don't have to include WitchBlade and more Top Cow things. But I may have understood wrong, since, again I haven't read them. And I have never read anything from Top Cow, Image, Wild storm or Dynamite, so I don't know how the rules work.

In fact, I've started it myself and... yeah? Pretty weird stuff. I think you can take the timeline from the first comic series as the "canon" one, since there's this.

The U.S. Government know about the Yautja, and we know that they know about the Yautja in the prime universe, and that's as far as that connection goes, lol. Just my opinion. Granted, I need to finish it fully first. The second story connects to the Upgrade Predators from The Predator and is set in a more realistic world.

I wonder how well Aliens: Original Sins (Novel) fits with Aliens versus Predator versus The Terminator (Comic) in regards to Ripley 8. Original Sins has to occur before the comic, obviously. Ripley likely abandoned the Betty crew sometime after Original Sins.

Alien: The Original Screenplay actually doesn't contradict anything, if you wish to add that as part of the primary timeline. Different alien creature and a different crew.

The only comics that don't fit are Alien 3: The Unproduced Screenplay and Aliens vs. Avengers, assuming the latter doesn't use time travel to reverse the whole abandoning Earth thing that has been revealed in the solicitations. It might do that, it is a Marvel comic.
