Help Support The Comic Board:

I noticed some of the other Classic Doctors have bluray sets.
The First and Second I will wait on until those are fully restored.

I wanna start collecting these when its conveniant for me.
I've actually been trying to collect those Blu-Ray sets as well. Hoping they'll get round to releasing one for the Second Doctor, since he's the only one lacking one.

You're referring to John Barrowman (Jack Harkness's actor, also no relation to Bridget Harkness from Guilty Gear), correct? He was also in the Arrowverse IIRC.

Yeah his alleged "stunts" got him fired from BBC and blacklisted IIRC.
I dunno the full story behind it but I seem to recall it wasn't as bad as Ezra Miller or Jonathan Majors' actions.

TBH I dont agree with BBC allowing Torchwood to go out of print cause of behind the scenes controversies with Barrowman. The Flash didn't get banned in the UK over Ezra's actions, right?

I hate when media companies let the circulation of works lapse because of serious allegations.

Neil Gaiman's allegations are horrifying but I will give him his day in court. I remember New Zealand director Richard Stanley had similar allegations thrown at him which ruined his career, then he went to court and disproved the claims. Now his films are in circulation again, including the well-known sci-fi film Hardware.

Whether they are guilty or not, that shouldn't allow their media to become lost forever. Unless it is illegal, media shouldnt become lost in the 21st Century.

AND SOMEHOW that one Jojo's Bizarre Adverture film from 10 years ago is lost because some religious nutjobs got pissed, from what I read.

From what I remember, it was stuff like him getting naked in front of the female cast/crew, including placing his dick on one of their shoulders.

Yeah, hence why I'm a bit reprehensive of getting into Arrow, since they allowed Barrowman to stay on, yet they fired the guy who played Elastic Man over years-old tweets.
Hartley Sawyer's firing is so ******, because the cast & crew 180'd and shat on him instantly (hypocritically, making the whole continuing theme in their show about redemption completely worthless)…but Jessie actress Skai Jackson bragged about doxxing him and a bunch of kids over "racism".

I heard about what that little bitch (Skai) did. Didn't she get in trouble for that kinda ****?

Also, worst part is that they kept the actor who played Ryan Choi on, DESPITE HIM HAVING ALLEGATIONS OF GROOMING MINORS!!

Checklist going forward:
Doctors 3-13 - 10 Bluray sets plus 1 film (8th Doctor).
Torchwood: Complete Series - 1 pricey Bluray set
Sarah Jane Adventures - 1 pricey DVD set
K9: Complete Series - 1 cheap DVD set

1st and 2nd Doctor I will wait on. Might as well start on the rest.

The newest episode shows real people who watch Doctor Who meeting the Doctor, realise that they're fictional and will cease to exist once the Doctor, then at the end of the episode appear to still be alive.

Either multiverse or simply they exist in the Whoniverse and watch the in-universe Doctor Who series. I prefer the latter.

The Doctor created an Incursion between his Earth and Earth-1218.
https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Earth-1218

Earth-1218 is supposed to literally be our reality, so likely simply a similar world, like Gwenpool's universe, Stan Lee's universe (from Spider-Man (1994)), the Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe real world, etc.

Those characters who appeared don't exist in real life. If they're based on real people, they didn't literally meet the Doctor.

I was joking.

I don't really follow Doctor Who and all I know of it is the actors that played them and that it links to the marvel multiverse. But I do know my Dad did some of the animation for that episode. Sorry for the brag lol. I watched it with him and he said it all gets confusing when the scene of the people watching shows up haha.

Doctor Who 3x30, "The Celestial Toymaker, Episode 1: The Celestial Toyroom" [Unavailable]
Doctor Who 3x31, "The Celestial Toymaker, Episode 2: The Hall of Dolls" [Unavailable]
Doctor Who 3x32, "The Celestial Toymaker, Episode 3: The Dancing Floor" [Unavailable]
Seeing as these three now have animated reconstructions, they're essentially "Available" now.
