The complete line about Obadiah Stane's dead in news is ''who tragically died in a plane crash more than 15 years ago.''

Ironheart take place in 2025, so using 2008 placement for Iron Man, Stane died 17 years ago by the time of Ironheart show.

That's exactly how the book explains it. Phase 1 has some timeline issues no matter what and retconning certain things or flat out ignoring them is the only way to have it make sense. It's why Iron Man could potentially fit in 2008, 2009, or 2010.

Ok, I get, but, you have a explanation/headcanon about Justin Hammer saying in the senate hearing that the last 6 months prior, Tony Stark ''create a sword with untold possibilites'' and Pepper saying in Monaco that Christine Everhart and Tony sleep together one year before, since is actually two years ago?

Fury's line in Avengers 1 about Destroyer attack in New Mexico, saying is a year before, actually he is technically right because by the time he said the line is not fully two years yet, Destroyer attack in New Mexico is June 2, 2010, Fury said that line in May 4, 2012, It hadn't completed 2 years yet by that time.
