ALSO... Jean doesn't freaking die in that film. You can literally see her flying in the sky at the end while she's monologuing. It's made very clear she's alive. I'm sick of explaining that.
As for Mystique, it's very typical for characters to come back from the dead in comic books.
Do you think Arrow 4x05 might actually occur between episodes of Constantine? That'd be really interesting.
That, or his appearance in Arrow is shortly after episode 13. Perhaps even very shortly after the Manny reveal.
Honestly, I just can't see them not being the same ones from the X-Men films. It just doesn't make sense to me, Mystique alive or dead. We'll see, I guess.
It makes the most sense to me that the current X-Men timeline branched off from Earth-17315 in 2024 when the TVA ended up there.
Also, why can't Moria in The Last Stand just be the same Moria? Why is the age thing even worth bringing up in this franchise... characters just look younger than expected in this series, it's a trend.
In Constantine 1x09, "The Saint of Last Resorts, Part 2", it appears as if there's Day of the Dead celebrations. I suppose you could argue it's set 11 months after episode 8, technically... but, well, that sets it VERY close to the Arrow crossover.
I know that he can sometimes escalate things too, but honestly, I don't think he'd be unwilling to add them back anyway. There's no need to instigate for... really, both of you. Can't we just discuss it in a rational manner?
Very unnecessary comment.
Imagine it's a DLC for an adaptation game. The DLC doesn't contradict the thing the game is adapting, but the game still contradicts the film. You'd assume the DLC is in the game's timeline, not the film.
Okay, guys. Look at it this way...
1. The books are adaptations, set in different universes.
2. The extra stories are bonuses within the same physical book.
3. The bonuses don't contradict either the MCU or the book's timeline.
So, when you say that the extra stories don't contradict the...
Okay, so there's no fighting here needed from anyone. We can discuss it if needed. Personally, I kind of understand Selfishmisery's point. If those extra stories are going to be set in a specific universe, wouldn't they be the one that they're physically linked to? Though I do think The Wakanda...
It's actually made explicitly clear that there's in-universe movies. Evil Dead and A Nightmare on Elm Street both make it clear. Even The Texas Chainsaw Massacre does, the intro makes it clear there's an in-universe film. Same with The Toolbox Murders. Hatchet, which I'd say makes it very...
