Even if it is short, they APPEARED. And those X-Men are not MCU X-Men. So no. Deadpool and Deadpool 2 cannot be MCU.
I think that Xmen cameo should be forgotten. If Part 3 is an MCU, then Part 1-2 must also be viewed, so it is also an MCU. Sony-Venom-Spiderman crossover = Venom 2. is similar.
In addition, he was Shield Helicarrier and Raft in the Deadpool movies.

Unless the X-Men cameo is DELETED from Deadpool 2 that scene alone invalidates it from being MCU.
It can be a sequel to the character but still be the first iteration of the MCU Deadpool.
Just like TIH picks up Banner in Janeiro when Hulk (2003) had Banner there by the end of it.

That was NOT a S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. Completely different to the Marvel Cinematic Universe design.
The Raft did not appear in Deadpool 2, that was the Ice Box.
Deadpool is in the X-Men Universe.

Additionally, the Marvel Appendix confirms that Deadpool 2 is set it's own universe. It's likely that Earth-17315 (The New Mutants, Logan) is either in the timeline where Wade dies or in the Venessa lives/Peter lives timeline/s. So, the Original Timeline, Cable's Timeline, Logan's Timeline, Deadpool 2's Timeline, other Timelines then... the Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline?
Wouldn't it be more logical to assume Deadpool would be connected through Cable's time travel device, hence the multiverse? Pahaps in the MCU, Vanessa is alive but Wade passed away from cancer, which pressures him to stay in Earth-199999? Therefore, it's a sequel without the first two actually happening.
Deadpool 2 is also set in 2018, as confirmed by Marvel themselves.

In contrast, mutants cannot be identified by a multiverse. That would be the worst thing that ever happened in a Marvel movie.
In the Wakanda Files book, they mentioned that he had settled Hydra in Sokovia, because genetic abnormalities were detected in the village and the mind stone only accelerated Pietro and Wanda’s mutation.
I think there are only a few mutants so far, so it didn’t show up to anyone. But it’s also a solution that Xavier erased from everyone’s memory that they exist.

I agree. The MCU Mutants shouldn't be a multiverse thing. It should happen naturally within the universe.
Pahaps the Time Variance Authority, which will be in Loki, pick the Wade Wilson of Earth-41633 up after his utter disregard for the timeline, creating several new realities with absolutely no care.
I'm not a big fan of the Xavier mind wipe theory, to be honest. Maybe it's like the X-Men Movies Universe before X2, where only some knew of mutants, particularly the government, and they just haven't become widely known yet.
Pahaps the Snap/Blip also accelerated mutations. Guess we'll see.

I honestly don't see Deadpool being an official part of the MCU. In the same way, I didn't see him as an actual part of the Foxverse. He's in his own world that can reference and include non-canon versions of characters/actors from both the Foxverse and now the MCU. Plus I doubt he is seen in any other movies or shows anyway unless it's like a Multiverse of Madness throwaway joke or something.

This is how I always seen it too. Deadpool has always been a satire of superhero movies, so I never worried too much with how it fitted into the Fox canon (particularly as we saw the 80s X-men team in that cameo....)
I think Deadpool 3 will either carry on being its own thing, or he will make a few sly jokes about being in the MCU, similar to the "Stewart or McCoy, these timelines are so confusing" joke

He acts the same as he does in the comics, yet you don't state he's not in that universe. Just like the comics connect to everything else, the Deadpool films clearly portray themselves as apart of the X-Men Movies Universe, otherwise you wouldn't have so many ties to that continuity.

What works in comics doesn't necessarily work on film. As I said, I doubt he appears in anything Deadpool related anyway sans a small cameo in the multiverse.

Well, I disagree, I think it works absolutely fine as the same universe. Hell, I'd argue that the use of the Essex Corporation works very well in the film as a tie to the others, especially knowing of their hand in the events of The New Mutants and Logan.

Yeah, I think it would be sorta like Hulk, where DP 1&2 happened, but not the same way as we saw it. No one yet mentioned the whole Cable/ Thanos thing yet either. I'm pretty sure Cable would be recast at some point, but if they bring anyone else over, besides the mainstream X-Men, they'd probably be fine without being recast. I really wouldn't want Vanessa to be recast, for example. By the way, why are there so many Peters in Marvel?

The Incredible Hulk happened the way we saw it, though. Recasts don't make a difference at all, he just happens to look a bit different.

Deadpool, on the other hand, can't be. Those are specifically the X-Men film versions of the characters. If what you're stating were true, then Deadpool 3 would be a sequel to films that don't exist but are similar to the X-Men Universe canon films Deadpool 1-2.
Doesn't matter anyway, as the time travel at the end of Deadpool 3 means the first films wouldn't technically be MCU canon anyway, being set in alternate universes. Knowing that Deadpool is currently set in the X-Men Universe, it makes sense that those prior realities are X-Men related.
