There's lots of versions of X-Men: The Official Game that they've placed in different realities too. The main console version is, of course, Earth-10005. I think they're now treating these things more strictly, which I do like honestly.
I always disliked how back in the day, they would treat obviously non-canon games as canon to the movies.
For example, Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie and the Tumblr Daily Bugle condradicted the first game, but they still insisted that the games were canon.
I mean it would be one thing if two characters with the same codename exists in a single universe (like Silver Samurai in the X-Men game or Blackout in the Ghost Rider game where only their codenames are known and not their real names), I don't think that would be a condradiction. However, if it is like the Amazing Spider-Man games in which considering them as movie canon would mean there are two Aleksei Sytseviches that become Rhinos and two Felicia Hardys that has some relation to Spider-Man, then it becomes silly to pretend the games and movies are one continuity. That's besides the fact that the Amazing Spider-Man 2 game also went out of its way to adapt its respective movie instead of being a sequel like the first game. It took a Twitter post by the game developers confirming it as a seperate continuity, even though that much was obvious in the first place, to make them give the games a TRN.
Also, Marvel Appendix back in the day rarely designated universes for tie-in material. That's another reason why the tie-in games are being acknowledged as seperate canons in the wiki.
I also don't understand their stubbornness for not covering stuff like the Phineas and Ferb Marvel crossover, Disney Infinity and the Simpsons Loki crossover.
In P&F's case, they said since the crossover episode is canon to the main Phineas and Ferb continuity, giving a TRN to them would mean they would have to cover the entire show in the Wiki.
As for Disney Infinity, they said they would have to cover the non-Disney characters in the game as well.
These arguments make zero sense, as they can just link the P&F and Disney Wikis for the non-Marvel characters. Nobody says those have to be covered.
As for the Simpsons crossover, they haven't even acknowledged it.
