Kong continuities in general are pretty interesting with expanded media. I know the Peter Jackson reality has like, an in-universe documentary on the Blu-ray. It shows what happened to Kong's body after the film and mentions the expeditions made to the island after the events of the film (which are also mentioned in a resource book about the movie so there's some neat cross continuity there) and then explains the island sunk a few years later (although a found footage style webseries tie in I forgot the name of apparently retconned that it didn't actually sink and was a cover up or something)

The Peter Jackson timeline would be amazing. You can include Braindead because of easter egg connections and the Peter Jackson connection just for fun.

The Godzilla Hannah Barbera show is canonically part of the Scooby-Doo/Earth-1956 universe. The monsters from the series appear in an issue of Scooby Doo Team Up, used by a villain from Frankenstein Jr. Godzilla only appears in a flashback though, the other monsters get to show up in the main story
