Hi Everyone,
Do any of you have any experience with subscriptions to Heavy Metal Magazine? I bought a subscription back in January and they've sent me 1 issue and an empty envelope in the last 5 months.
I've been poking around on social media and other forums and I'm starting to see that my experience is far from unique. Just putting my feelers out to see if anyone else here has had a similar experience with HM.
This is purely speculation, but the decline in service seems to coincide with a transition to a new CEO Matthew Medney in December 2019. Anybody know what the heck is going on with this once great company?
