Hey, what's this? A newsletter from your friends at Buzzscope?

You bet. As we get closer to our big relaunch in January 2006, we'll be updating the site more frequently -- so consequently we decided to start these bi-weekly notices letting you guys know what's new on the site. Following are just a few of our most recent articles:
Establishing Shots #1: I'm the G*ddamn Editor!

There's some changes on the horizon for your favorite comic book web site, as our newly-appointed Senior Comics Editor Guy LeCharles Gonzalez will surely tell you. The internet is undeniably a powerful tool, especially for independent comic books and even the lower-tier titles from the Big Two, and we intend to wield it like a scalpel, cutting through the bull**** and the hype to bring you the best, and sometimes the worst, comics have to offer.

Industry Buzz #3: Flawed Diamond?

Our monthly roundtable, featuring some of the most outspoken creators, retailers, pundits and advocates in comics commenting on the issues affecting the comics industry. This month we're taking a closer look at Diamond and the direct market and asking: Is it time for a change?

What A Girl Wants #3: "Wonder Woman Can Be A Harsh Mistress

Ronée interviews Drew Johnson, one of her favortite artists ever to work on
Wonder Woman (her main not-so-heterosexual crush). Drew talks about working with such an iconic character, pressures from fans and even his thoughts about the controversial move Diana made since he left the title.

Comics You Should Own #4: Aztek: The Ultimate Man

Greg digs up an old collaboration by current comic gods Grant Morrison and Mark Millar and suggests the book was "a critique on the darkening of superheroes in general and an attempt to lighten things up a bit."

Staff Pick Elk's Run

Guy kicks off our newest feature with a guarantee that anyone who's spending more than $25/month on comic books is buying at least one title that pales in comparison to Elk's Run.

The Mad Gamer #3: The $10 Price Hike of Next-Gen Games Is B.S.

The Mad Gamer shows up again, this time calling out certain parts of the gaming industry who are pushing to take the prices of videogames up to $59.99 and even $69.99 in some cases! Some publishers are saying you'll get more game for the extra money; but most of 'em are just bluffing. We take a look at if this is really necessary and tell you the companies that are REALLY trying to cash in on you inside.

The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction (Xbox, PS2, GC)

The Hulk returns in his best videogame outing ever. If you're still salty over the movie adaptation Hulk videogame, you'll be very pleasantly surprised with this one.

Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects (Xbox, PS2, GC)

Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects is actually an "imperfect" entry into the pool of recently released, good Marvel licensed games. Read the review of this piss poor game only if you have the stomach for it...

Superman Returns To Xbox 360

EA, Warner Bros and DC Comics have announced that Superman Returns: The
Videogame is scheduled to release with the movie release in Summer 2006. The developer of the title is none other than Electronic Arts-Tiburon; the same studio that creates Madden NFL football. Will they be able to live up to the challenge? Check out the news article for first details and find out for

Mick Mars, and Vince Neil rock just as hard, if not harder than their real-life

I tried. But when I copied and pasted, it was all jumbled, and when I put the things back on, it still wouldn't work.

Maybe E or Cad can help. :?
