I would be extremely surprised if they didn't continue the Spider-Man franchise, even without Toby...
Bet you guys that they drop the numbering too... Spidey 4 will probably be "The Amazing Spider-Man," and I wouldnt be surprised if they brought back M. Clarke Duncan as The Kingpin

It's possible. Sony said after the first movie, they would like to make five more spidey movies.

Spider-Man has proven to be one of the most successful film franchises out there...

The studio was DAMN close to having Jake Gyllenhaal take over for Toby in Spidey 2, but it wasn't necessary...

They'll try to turn this into the next James Bond... There are enough stories and characters to explore, its not weird to think that they might exploit that.
