Red Death appeared in The Flash season 9, Spectre Oliver says "She's from Earth-4125" - which made fans think there's 4125 or 4126 earths in the live-action multiverse, more than the 1939 in the previous version of the multiverse.
My take from it was Earth-4125 was pre-Crisis Earth and the Speed Force essentially spit Red Death out on Earth-1/Prime regardless of which iteration of the live-action multiverse.
