Also, just another note, wouldn't it make more sense to call it Superman: Welcome to Metropolis? I don't think I even see "A Junior Prequel Novel" anywhere.

It doesn't say "A Junior Prequel Novel", it says "The Prequel Junior Novel". I don't even think it's part of the title.
