Timeline for Earth-2 in DC's Pre-Crisis Multiverse

Introduction
The following is the timeline for DC's Earth-2, their main comic book continuity from 1935 up until the 1950s. This obviously means there is a lot to cover, and I likely won't ever get everything done, but I'm going to do the best I can. [Note: In DC's cosmology, any story taking place in the future is considered to take place in an alternate universe. Future timelines of Earth-Two will be listed here, but with a notice of what universe they belong to. For unknown earths, they will be numbered as UE-?]

Notes:

1) Licenced Properties - Many of the earlier DC comics feature characters that were only licenced, rather than owned, by DC. These include Oswald the Rabbit and Ivanhoe. While it's theoretically possible that they don't take place within DC's continuity, there is nothing to suggest that.

2) Bright Spots of History - This feature is an educational section meant to teach history to children. While not strictly intended to establish any sort of canon, it can easily be included nonetheless.

3) Tom Mix - And His Ralston Straight Shooters - This feature is a comic-form advertisement. While I ordinarily wouldn't consider something like this to be canon, it should be noted that Fawcett Comics had a licence to publish stories for Tom Mix that are likely canon to Earth-S. As such, I think it's likely that these comics are canon too.

Note: Finished up to New Fun #3.

So I can't find three stories from New Fun #3 anywhere. In all the online scans, the Fun Films and African Antics features are cut out entirely, as is half of the Caveman Capers feature. If anyone can find these somehow, I'd really appreciate it if you could send them to me.
