Where does the Wolfenstein 3D Classic in Tides of War tell the February date? There is any intro slide, a manual or a reference in other part of the game that tells that?

There Is a cutscene where a newspaper comes in, and there there Is the Febbruary date.

But what does the newspaper reference? I am asking because couldn't just being the placement of episode 1? I mean, what if Episode 1 and 2 happen in February (or maybe episode 2 can happen in other month) and episode 3 happens in December?
