Just finished a reaction piece to the recent news that Marvel is headlining a school campaign called "Do Your Thing" which uses the Fantastic Four to teach children self-confidence and pride, in an attempt to encourage social values AND promote the upcoming Fantastic Four movie.

Anyone remember the old Superman battling 'Nick O'teen' posters from years ago, trying to dissuade kids from starting smoking? :)

And I think things like this are so totally crass, cheap plugs in the guise of morality. Hideous. Coca-cola sponsored Christmas rubbish.
