MOds, this is in the wrong forum, it should either be in general comics discussion, or TV discussion. Since he is asking about the comic, it should be in there.
The comic was published by Dark Horse, and seemed to be the typical type of Stan Lee origin. The man was a scientist, zapped by lightning, and gained electrical powers. His wife fashions him a costume, and he goes out to save the world. That was it. Nothing spectacular.
