Is the 2004 Catwomen Movie set on Earth 89 or Earth 97?

Right now Earth-89 since Earth-97 doesn't exist for the moment. I am thinking that in any case, the Earth-97 would be called Earth-95, since is the release date of Batman Forever, unless they want to make every different actor a different universe, wich I wouldn't like.
In case that Earth-97/Earth-95 would be canonised it would still be Earth-89 since it contains the movie that shows the Catwoman from the cameo in the Catwoman movie.
