LEGO Dimensions - Timeline

ok Since LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight will be set in multiple years, we need to pinpoint the year Bruce Wayne became Batman, so we have only 2 continuities we can pull off.

The Legacy of the Dark Knight shows us Bruce's time with the League of Assassins Shadows from Batman Begins, with only 1 difference... Talia is in there, but if we take it as canon, it should be set in 1998 or 2005? (It's been a long time since I saw The Dark Knight Trilogy).

DC Super Villains has a DLC level about Mask of the Phantasm, I didn't play/see the level, so IDK if you can play the flashback parts of the film, if we take this as canon Bruce becomes Batman in 1983.

As in the exact moment I'm writing this mr. @Rojinn recived a Gotham Globe with a 2025 date, so we def know that 1 part of the game is set in 2015, depends on which one.

Anyways if we get with 1st choise Batman has been active for 17 or 10 years at least.

with second options Batman has been active for 32 years.

So guys, I'm asking you cos I'm really clueless, which dates should we follow?

I can post photos of the four page Gotham Globe later. Batmam just emerged (and coincidentally, Bruce Wayne also returns after a long absence)

This means that all the LEGO Batman games must be shifted to the post-2025?

I haven't payed to much attention to when this new game is going to be set, but isn't it meant to be before the other games, why can't the game still be before the others but the newspaper (Gotham globe) be set in 2025? Maybe Batman has just returned in 2025 since the Batman games, unless there is something that says otherwise.

You start from Batman's Origins to legend, technically it's set before, during and after the other games. In the Gamescom's gameplay you fight Joker's Red Hood.

then we need to wait for the game... TBH if Tim Drake's robin came in in Year 3, I can use the 2005 date, but we'll see. We must see first how many years the game will last, we could end at YEAR 12 as well as Year 40.

For now I'll put it in a 20XX date.
 
What I would do is, if the game ends in like IDK Year 12 to 20 or less, I'd go with using TDK Trilogy dates, while if it ends in Year 21 to 30 I'd go with DCAU Dates. If neither of them would actually work, we'll use the 2025 date and go backwords for flashback and foreward for the other games.

Could it work for you?
