The Marvel Database wiki thinks EMH Wasp and Super Adaptoid, and many other borrowed concepts and designs, appearing in Earth-12041 content including tie-in comics isn't significant enough to be inspired by Earth-8096 let alone as an alternate timeline.

Imagine being that bias.

It's clearly inspired despite being a separate continuity. All three of the modern MAU timelines must be closely linked like how Earth-92131 and Earth-534834 were in the 1990s.

Separate universes of course, but probably closely related variant timelines too.

From what I know, yes they are connected. So starting at the beginning, EMH, W&XM and Spectacular Spider--Man were conceived to be a shared continuity. But When Wolverine and Spider-Man got cancelled EMH decided to ignore them. Then came in Earth-12041, borrowing some elements from EMH. And now with the more complex link between Earth-12041 and Earth-17628. So in the beginning Guardians of the Galaxy was set in Earth-12401, but then when Earth-17628 began, it was decided to have Guardians take place in the new continuity, simple, right? Until Cort Lane one of the executive producers of the show sayed that Guardians season 1 and 2 are set on both earths and only season 3 set in earth-17628. Lane also sayed that Earth--17628 began in the aftermath of the Beyoonder arc from Avengers Assemble. This is what I remember, maybe I should check again my information, but now I am in an hurry. Anyway I hope this is usefull.

Not to forget a Jessie crossover in Ultimate Spider-Man. That would mean that most Disney Channel sitcoms are in Earth-12041. But given that Guardians can be in two different universes I guess that Jessie could also happen in both Earth-12041 and the Disney Channel Live Action Universe.

Another continuity mess-up I noticed is Kang is mentioned in the first episode of Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.
Hulk knew about him but didn't tell the Avengers?

Or is it no to Jessie being also in the Ultimate Spider-Man Universe? (Because you don't want to watch Jessie?)
