P.S. I tried to group the universes together and in rough chronological order of each franchises release (I counted the fox x-men universe as starting around 2003/2004 for the rough majority of the timeline as the 60s and 70s only appears in one film each.) and unless there was a clear crossover event like the venom Let there be carnage post credits scene and No way home.

I posted this in the x-men thread but it's also a mcu or as I like to call it MCM (Marvel Cinematic Multiverse) related thing which is very relevant with the new deadpool 3 trailer that just dropped.

Shang-Chi: Who guards my sleep? And Wakanda Forever: Dare to dream are missing from the simplified viewing/reading order @Starvel

I was also hoping to start a discussion about Starforce Mission Log. It lines up perfectly with Starforce on the rise, partly covering the same events as a Data Entry in Vers' Mission Log. However, the ending covers the Torfan section of the first Captain Marvel movie and there's some discrepancies:
- In the movie, the Skrulls attack, Starforce warns Vers and then Talos stuns Vers. Then a Skrull ship blows up the bridge and Talos knocks Vers out while still in the cave.
- In the book, Vers hears the Skrulls attack and grabs "Soh-Larr" (Talos) to escape the cave. She attacks a few Skrulls and the bridge blows up. Soh-Larr and Vers fall down. After that Soh-Larr/Talos stuns Vers when back in the cave.

So the order of events is a bit shuffled and/or expanded. The book is probably based off an earlier cut of the movie.

My question to all of you; are these discrepancies enough to render it non-canon, or should we place it on the timeline? If the latter, I'll write something up.

Imo it has enough discrepancies to be more "inspired by canon" than actually canon. But I don't feel strongly enough about that to fight it if people want it added.

I think it could easilly be retconned and take the film's version of that event as canon

It seems like they're ignoring certain details in-between some scenes or moments. It's basically an editing issue from the sounds of it.

I ran into this problem with some of the Arrowverse books too, so you kinda need to fill in the blanks in your head.
