No, I'm saying the fact the movie wasn't shot in the Fall but they included a few scenes that show leaves changing colors on trees in both DC and NYC means they probably want the movie to be Fall.So July 2027, 3 months after BNW, could work?

September at the earliest but with how much the leaves have already changed I'd personally choose October. Right now it really is just vaguely Fall since we don't have anything specific.So, what about September 2027?, early fall, then

This bothered me too. Could have been easily fixed by having him only recently taking office in BNW. Terms are only 2 years long in the House, so they basically never stop campaigning, so they could have even kept that dialogue if they felt it was necessary.In a released clip of Thunderbolts, is mentioned that Bucky served less than half a term as congressman, we know in April 2027, Bucky still in campaign, as shown in BNW, so when was this election that he won? in May? So i think the movie probably be in late May, one month after BNW.

You can no-prize it by saying he was already in Congress in BNW and that was a mistake (I think the Israeli Widow chick had the dialogue stating that, or was it Bucky himself?), or I guess we have to assume a seat was vacated and he was appointed by the Governor of NY… or there could have been a special election, I guess?
Either way, he should have won in 2026 and taken office January 2027 like Ross but they goofed.
