Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline (Part 5)

Eh, if we put in The New Mutants and Kraven, we should definitely put in Daredevil and Blade.
The difference is that a couple "left-over" films are still part of a universe that, prior, already had tangental connection to the MCU narrative.

Blade, FOX's Daredevil and Tim Story's F4 didn't have that.

I look at everything in more than 2 tiers.
  1. Mandatory = MCU
  2. Optional = Spider-Man / X-Men
  3. Unimportant = Blade, FOX's Daredevil, F4 (2005-2007)
  4. Unconfirmed = The Gifted, Legion, Fant4stic, Thomas Jane's Punisher, Punisher: War Zone, Hulk (2003), Ghost Rider films, Man-Thing, Marvel live-action pre-Blade like Nick Fury's TV movie, etc.
  5. Not-Canon = Men in Black, Nightman, Kick-Ass, Kingsman and the Millarverse crap, Powers TV series, Hardcase and Firearm via Malibu's crappy VHS-only short films
If it's not in the first two categories, it's not going in the Viewing Order.

I never got legitimate feedback on that. Just "well, 20 years ago is 20 years ago" (in regards to the flashbacks with the mom institutionalized).

Is there any definite proof it's 2020?
with the wiki even placing helstrom in its own branch, id say at this point feel free to move its placement, i personally have the flashbacks in 2000, with the rest of the series in october 2022
Yay or Nay on moving Helstrom to 2022?

Based on the Blip-affected Presidential elections, as a Presidential election was explicitly mentioned in Helstrom.
My take on this is that we don't know when that shift occurred for elections to occur 2 years earlier during or after the Blip. I'd rather leave it as is.

You also left out Wanted in the 5th Tier, AKA the universe where a variant of Young Professor X whacked a variant of Star-Lord with a keyboard and became an assassin. Oh, and also he gets to bang a variant of that one Eternals character, plus a variant of God (from Bruce/Evan Almighty) is the big bad. ;P

(Just joking with this post, don't take it seriously.)

Millar's stuff, especially Millarworld, is torn between Image and Marvel's Icon label, and maybe other publishers too.

The specifics of that are very muddled to me.

And if this special is coming out after Daredevil Born Again S2, then BA S2 is set before July 2027 but after March/April 2027.
I was expecting it pick up right after anyway. Plus with when its filming, continuing from Spring to around Summer 2027 makes sense. Thunderbolts being in the Fall gives them a pretty big gap to wrap up the Fisk mayor stuff before Sentry happens.

Yeah.

DD: BA S1 -> Captain America 4 -> DD: BA S2 -> Punisher Special -> Thunderbolts

I think it's kinda funny they got the day of the week right on this flyer which at most is probably seen in the background, yet the invitation that gets focused on in BNW has the wrong day.

Two different production teams so yeah
At least they still care enough about the continuity to put the right year
