That's always the thing with big franchises when they get so over their head they forget to get to the ground
Multiple instances of greenlighting movies without taking into consideration on how they'd even manage them should be a clear indicator
 
Also, he probably had to give up Wonder Man s2 for Shang-Chi 2.
There was talk about fighting to get Shang-Chi's sequel made the other day I think so this might be the result of that.

according to the newspaper clippings () the climax of No Way Home took place on December 19th, considering the article was published on the 20th
There's also articles published on January 1 and July 20
The July 20 article has him wear the Stark suit, so it has to have been published before Infinity War at the least
